The Great Commission Matthew 28:18-20 "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen
Acts 1:8 "But you shall recieve power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."

Why Share Our Faith?

a.) Because God commanded us to do so. (Acts 1:8)

b.) Because it demostrates our love for God. ( John 14:15)

c.) Because all are lost (Romans 3:10,23)

d.)Because our sharing is god's chosen method ot tell all people. Only redeemed sinners can tell lost sinners abourt Christ. (Romans 10:14-17)

e.) Because God desires to save all people. (Acts 4:12, 2 Peter 3:1Timothy 2:4)

f.) Because someone once shared their faith with us. For example, a praying parent or grandparent, a godly pastor, or a godly friend. In other words they have the right to expect us sto reciprocate the same to others.

Poor Excuses For Not Giving Your Life To Christ
Quite a few people think of excuses before coming to Christ :

"I'm too big of a sinner."

Answer: Jesus came to save all sinners. (1Timothy 1:15)

Excuse: "There are too many hypocrites."

Answer: If you let hyprocrites keep you from being saved, you will spend eternity in hell with them. (Hebrews 12:2, Acts 17:30, Romans 2:1-6)

Excuse: "A professing christian wronged me."

Answer: Granted that this may have happened to you, this is no reason why you should wrong God and insult Christ, who loved you and gave Himself for you. " He who believes in the Son has everlasting life, but the wrath of God abides on him." (John 3:36)

The Simplicity Of Coming To Christ
1. Repent. To turn around, to change your mind. "I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish" (Luke 13:3)

2. Receive Him. You need to invite Christ into your life. "But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name." (John 1:12)

3. Be Born Again. This is what God does for you. This is your new birth-a miracle of spiratual life performed by the Holy Spirit. " Who were born, not of blood, nor of the will fo the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God." (John 1:13)

4. Rejoice Publicly. Make your testimony for Christ, "that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes to righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made to salvation.." (Romans 10:9,10)

5. Request Water Baptism. This ans outward testimony to an inward transaction.. "He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who dows not believe will be condemned." (Mark 16:16).

6. Read Gods Word. the word is the source of faith. "These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God." (1John 5:13) See also Romans 10:17, Psalms 119:105.

Where To Go From Here

Reach God in prayer. Prayer is nothing more than conversation with God. Begin to talk with God daily, God is a God who listens. Learn how to listen to God. As you begin to commune with God, He in turn will reveal things to you.(Ephesians6:18, James 4:2)

"Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of him." (1John 5:14,15)
